Carlos Bakery

Pam’s favorite food is cake. But her absolute favorite cake is a Carlos Bakery cake. For those who know of “Buddy” and the “Cake Boss” show, the original Carlos Bakery is located in Hoboken, NJ and has additional locations around larger metro cities in the US. Pam’s goal is to go to each one. My goal is to take her to each one. I drew this picture for her birthday from a photo that I took of her when she saw her first Carlos Bakery. I snapped the picture when she turned away from me to look at the storefront. It actually is the same picture of her back that I used in the above Welcome Home.
