Northern Lights II

I love the Northern Lights. I think they are just amazing, and I hope to see them in person someday. But if there is ever a painting, that I honestly don’t like, this is it. I played with the design and colors, and at one point, I literally wiped off all the wet oil paint in the sky in an effort to try and salvage the painting. Finally, I just signed it, as if it was my way of telling the canvas, I’m now officially done with you. But given my love for the aurora borealis, there may be a Northern Lights III in my future.
