Majestic Maroon Bells

2022 - Oil Painting - 16” x 20”

This painting explodes with rich colors of Colorado’s infamous Maroon Bells in the background, and Aspen tree foliage reflecting off the snow melted waters in the foreground. I completed this vibrant colorful painting right after I spent five months painting the black and white Welcome Home painting in my wife’s Heart Series. I guess I was ready to return to painting with lots of color.
